My State Farm team in Hawaii hadn’t been able to resolve it, but after I spoke with Karmin, the problem was fixed in no time. She and her team took the extra time to identify the issue, figure out the solution, and connect me with the right State Farm corporate team to make it happen. "I had a problem with one of my policies that my agent Paula Weissinger on Bainbridge Island could not seem to solve. I wanted an item of jewelry removed from the policy but for some reason they could not get this completed. After almost 6 months of multiple phone calls with Paula's staff, I decided to switch agents. Karmin and Shelley solved the problem promptly with ease. I am so glad I switched agents and am really happy with my experience! Efficient, professional and really lovely people work in this office and I can highly recommend them."
